I recently brought my car to Mercedes Benz if Newton, my heater was blowing cold air. Bill the service manager wanted to charge me $6000 to remove the dash to look further for the problem. He said it would take 3 days to remove. This is absolutely Outrageous. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I will never step foot in this dealership AGAIN !!!
Helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. I felt important and respected. I will definitely be back soon to check out the newer models.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Mercedes-Benz of Newton. From the moment I stepped foot on their lot, I was met with a series of lies, miscommunication, and a complete disregard for my time.
I was specifically interested in a GLC300 that was advertised on their website. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was assured that the vehicle was still available and ready for delivery. Despite this, I wasted valuable time driving to the dealership ready to purchase the vehicle, only to be informed that the car had been sold the previous day.
Not only was I not informed of this prior to my visit, but the dealership also failed to keep me updated on the status of my inquiry or return my calls. This lack of communication and professionalism is simply unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Newton to think twice. Their deceitful practices and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. I will be sure to warn others about my negative experience.
